The problem is that without "_id", the posts can't get marked as read. So they will always remain in the channel.

Also add Atom feeds. Needs conversion to MF2 (or JF2).

It would be nice to support weblogs (and feeds) that are not using h-entry and friends.

Likes don't have an uid or url in the new template of my weblog. When I save the entries, I can automatically generate a random id for these posts.

When the server fetches a feed (or page) it should save these files to disk. This way we can add "uid" or "_id" and have unread counts.
