One of the really useful parts from my @home_assistant setup is status of appliances. This works with power meters, so no need for “smart” washer etc. The washer notifying us when done is really useful on days when the kids have produced a lot of clothes that need cleaning. pic.twitter.com/4W5fMU0oe6
